If you have placed our Frontend Spreadsheet shortcode on a page and when it loads, it is empty or has a weird look, we have 2 possible solutions:
Avoid using a page builder
If you are using a builder like Elementor or Divi, try placing our shortcode in the Regular WordPress Editor, this solves the issue in most cases.
Do not fix any columns
You might find that the rows are misaligned, but this is a rare case and only happens when there’s a conflict with other plugins. The solution is to go to your dashboard > Frontend Spreadsheet > Settings > Advanced Settings > Increase Productivity > Freeze first columns at the left side > Set value to “0”
Oxygen Builder
There are some sites where Oxygen Builder doesn’t show the frontend spreadsheet correctly. In order to solve this, you need to follow the next steps:
- Create a regular page without the Oxygen builder and input the shortcode on the regular editor, click save
- Once the page has been created, click on “edit with oxygen” and then enter the shortcode one more time on a “shortcode section” using oxygen
In other words, you need to add the shortcode on the regular editor AND on the Oxygen Shortcode widget
