By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. Please read this Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your information.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Google Sheets Access:

– Our Service requires limited access to your Google Sheets account. The Service only requests access to Google Sheets files created by the Service itself. It does not have access to any other files in your Google account.

1.2 Content Storage:

– We do not store any content of the Google Sheets created, edited, or managed by the Service in any way. We don’t store the sheet name, content, or any meta data (except the file ID on specific cases as described in section 2.3)

1.3 Monitored Google Sheets:

– The Service saves only the ID of the Google Sheets that need to be monitored for changes

1.4 Account Management/Security/Authentications:

– For account management, security purposes, and authentication, we collect and store the following data:
– Freemius Site ID: Unique identifier assigned to the site. Used for security purposes
– Google Account ID: Numeric identifier of your Google account (we don’t store any email addresses). Used for account management purposes
– WordPress User ID: Numeric identifier of the user tied to the WP Sheet Editor API key, used for security/authentication purposes
– Server IP of the Site: Used for security purposes to ensure that the requests come from your server
– License ID: Unique identifier associated with the license. Used for faster license verification
– License Status: Status of the license (active/inactive). Used for faster license verification
– License Expiration Date: Date of license expiration. Used for faster license verification
– Site Status: Status of the site (active/inactive). Used for security purposes
– Unique Key Assigned to the Site: Unique key assigned to the site. Used for security purposes
– Google Access Token: Token used for accessing Google APIs. Used to create/read/update Google Sheets created by our Service
– Google Refresh Token: Token used for refreshing Google Access Token. Used to create/read/update Google Sheets created by our Service
– WordPress Job ID: Identifier of the import job created in WordPress that requires the monitoring of changes in Google Sheets

2. Use of Information

2.1 Google Sheets Access:

– We require access to Google Sheets created by the Service to enable its functionality to export data from WordPress into Google Sheets, and export data from Google Sheets into WordPress. We do not use this access for any other purpose.

2.2 Content Storage:

– As mentioned earlier, we do not store any content of the Google Sheets created, edited, or managed by the Service. We don’t store the sheet name, content, or any meta data (except the file ID on specific cases as described in section 2.3)

2.3 Monitored Google Sheets:

– The information collected about the ID of a Google Sheet happens only when you configure an import in WordPress with the option “monitor and auto import changes” activated. This information is used solely to receive notifications from Google when those Google Sheets change and ask the WordPress sites that are monitoring the specific Google Sheet to start an import.

2.4 Account Management/Security/Authentications:

– The data collected for account management, security purposes, and authentication is used to provide access to the Service’s features and ensure the security and stability of your account and associated resources.

3. Information Sharing

3.1 Third-Party Services:

– We may share the data collected for account management, security purposes, and authentication with third-party services that provide technical services for the operations of our Service, such as hosting/server/cloud providers. However, we will never share access to your data with any other third parties, and never for marketing purposes.

3.2 Legal Compliance:

– We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

4. Security

4.1 Data Security:

– We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

– The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our records.
