I only want to see one user role on the users spreadsheet

There are 2 ways to filter the rows in the users spreadsheet.

  • You can click on “search” and filter by user role. This is a friendly filter and you can search by any role and remove the filter easily.
  • Or you can modify the global settings, to only show specific user roles and never show the other users. To do this, go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Users Spreadsheet > Enter the user role (example: subscriber).

Now the spreadsheet will only show users under that role.
