Why are my users getting emails when I import users information?

By default, WordPress sends a notification email each time you update the user password or user email or create users. The notification is sent by WordPress and it’s not controlled by our plugin.

If you don’t want WordPress to send emails each time you update something, you can install the Disable Emails plugin to disable all the outgoing emails temporarily. Make sure to deactivate this plugin again when you’re done updating.
