For this example, let’s filter all products related to “shoes.” Enter “shoes” in the Contains keyword field and click Run Search. The spreadsheet will now display only these products.

3. Bulk Set Max Quantity Per Order

With your products filtered, open the Bulk Edit tool from the toolbar.

Configure the Bulk Edit tool with these values to set the desired maximum quantity per order for all selected products:

• Select the rows that you want to update: Edit all the rows from my current search
• What field do you want to edit: Isa Wc Max Qty Product Max (This field name may vary based on your Max Quantity plugin)
• Select type of edit: Set value
• Replace existing value with this value: Enter the maximum number of items a customer can add to their cart for these products (e.g., 2)
• Click Execute Now
