In this quick tutorial, we want to show you how to quickly filter and delete WooCommerce coupons by usage count. It’s important because sometimes we want to remove all unused coupons or all coupons that have been used more than 100 times.
If we try to do that with WooCommerce, we’ll have to spend a considerable time trying to edit them all. But with the WooCommerce Coupons Spreadsheet plugin, we’ll be able to do it in seconds.
This plugin contains a great bulk edit tool that allows us to edit thousands of coupons at once. Also, you can edit values on the spreadsheet as you do in Excel or Google Sheets.
You can download the plugin here: Download WooCommerce Coupons Spreadsheet Plugin - or - Check the features
Once installed and activated, open the spreadsheet by going to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Coupons.
Now just follow these simple steps.
1- Open the Bulk Edit tool
The Bulk Edit tool allows you to edit thousands of coupons at once, avoiding server errors. It applies the changes in batches to give your server some rest.
Open it with one click on the toolbar.
2- Filter the coupons by usage count
After opening the Bulk Edit tool, you need to filter the coupons by usage count. For that, open the Search tool by selecting I want to search rows to update in the Select the rows that you want to update dropdown.

- Field key: usage count (usage_count)
- Operator: You can select < or >
- Value: Enter the number of times the coupon must have been used.
- Click on Run search to filter them.
3- Delete coupons by usage count
