Open the spreadsheet

Select the rows that you want to update: You can choose “Edit all the rows from my current search” or “Edit the rows that I selected manually.”
What field do you want to edit: Here you need to pick your target column. This can be any standard WooCommerce field or active custom field.
Select type of edit: Choose from setting explicit values, replacing, running math operations (increase or decrease by percentage or number), or running custom PHP formulas.

Name of this export: Add an optional name for your records.
Click Start new export to download the file.

Step 2: Edit the CSV Offline
