You can quickly edit thousands of products using the Bulk Edit tool that the WooCommerce Products Spreadsheet includes.

It’s located on the toolbar, so you just need to open it with one click.

This will open a search tool that allows you to search for your products by:

  • Keyword in title
  • Status
  • Category, attribute, tag

  • Date range
  • Etc.

Once you decide how you’ll search for your products, define the search parameters and click on Run search. For example, if you want to search for your products by keyword, just enter it in the Contains keyword field and click on Run search.

That will filter your products and take you back to the Bulk Edit fields for you to apply changes massively to all products filtered.
