In this tutorial, we will show you how to find WooCommerce orders by coupon code. WooCommerce doesn’t allow you to do this, so we will use the WP Sheet Editor for WooCommerce Orders plugin. You can find orders by date, order total, line items, and even orders where customers used a specific discount coupon code. This can be useful for checking coupon usage, reviewing a promotion, or measuring the results of a coupon campaign.

After installing the plugin and activating your license, go to Sheet Editor > Edit Orders to open the spreadsheet.
1. Open the “Search” tool
The Search tool allows you to filter your WooCommerce orders easily. You don’t need to spend hours trying to find specific orders.
Start by opening the Search tool.
2. Filter orders by coupon code
Once you are in the Search tool, select the following values to search for orders based on a coupon code:
- Enable advanced filters: Yes
- Field: Coupon Info
- Operator: CONTAINS
- Value: Enter the coupon code you want to find. In this example, we will search for all orders where the “Save10” coupon was used.
- Click Run search to filter your orders.
Now you’ll see all the orders where the selected coupon was applied in the spreadsheet.
Optional: Export the filtered orders
Now that you have filtered the orders, you can export them to a CSV or Excel file.
Just open the Export tool and download the data.
As you can see, finding WooCommerce orders where a specific coupon was used only takes a few clicks. You don’t have to spend hours searching through your orders manually.
