In this quick tutorial, we want to show you how to quickly find all your orders in which coupons have been applied. This is really useful because sometimes we want to know how many discounts have been applied to our users’ WooCommerce orders.
There’s only a little problem… If you try to do it with WooCommerce, you would have to check your orders manually. That’s a problem because we don’t always have enough time to be checking our orders.
However, we want to share with you a tool that will allow you to filter all your orders with coupons applied in just some minutes. That tool is the WooCommerce Orders Spreadsheet plugin, which displays all your orders and their complete information on a spreadsheet where you can edit values just as you would do with Excel or Google Sheets.
You can do advanced searches and apply massive changes to thousands of orders in just some minutes. Also, you can export and import information using CSV files edited with Excel or Google Sheets.
Once installed, go to Sheet Editor > Edit Orders to open the spreadsheet.
Now just follow these simple steps.
1- Open the “Search” tool to filter your orders
The Search tool allows you to filter thousands of orders in seconds. You don’t need to spend hours trying to find your orders; just use some simple search tools to do great, advanced searches.
Just click on Search to open the tool on the toolbar.
2- Filter your orders with Discounts > 0
All orders with discounts have discounts > 0. This is the parameter you’ll use to search for all your orders.
For this, just tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox and use the following values to filter all your orders with discounts.
- Field key: cart discount (_cart_discount)
- Operator: >
- Value: 0
- Click on Run search to filter your orders
Now you’ll see all your orders in which a discount coupon was applied displayed on the spreadsheet.
You see how easy it is to find all your orders with discounts applied? You didn’t have to spend many hours trying to localize your orders. Now that you have filtered the orders, you can export to a CSV or edit them on the plugin spreadsheet.
