But we usually think it twice before converting some of your variations into core products, as that takes a lot of time in the regular WooCommerce editor since you have to make this change on a product-by-product basis.

The plugin will show you all your WooCommerce products in a spreadsheet after you open it.
1. Convert variations individually into products using the spreadsheet
To convert variations into products in the spreadsheet, you need to follow these simple steps:
a) Display the variations in the spreadsheet
To see all your product variations, you need to hit the Display variations button on the plugin’s toolbar. This button will display all your variations in the products’ spreadsheet.
b) Convert them into products
After that, you need to locate the Product type column. Once there, select the product option. Repeat this procedure in all the variations you want to change into products.
After your variations have been converted into products, please save the changes and reload the spreadsheet. This will convert the product Type from variable to simple automatically.
c) Remove SKU
Once your variable products are converted into simple ones, the SKU will be carried on for the new parent product, so you’ll have to change it or delete it.
For this, just go to the SKU column and make the changes as needed.
After changing your SKUs, make sure to Save the changes.
2. Convert hundreds of product variations into products
To convert hundreds of variations into products in the spreadsheet, you need to follow these simple steps:
a) Open the Bulk Edit tool
Do it by clicking it on the plugin’s toolbar.
With this tool, you’ll be able to convert all your variations into main products.
b) Filter your variations
Once you’ve opened the Bulk Edit tool, select the I want to select rows to update option in the Select the rows that you want to edit field. This will open a search tool for you to filter the variations.
Tick the Search on variations checkbox. This will filter all your variations.
OPTIONAL
If you don’t want to edit all your variations, you can filter them by keyword, category, attribute, or tag. Just use these fields:
- Contains keyword: search all variations containing a specific keyword
- Enter taxonomies: Here you can enter categories, attributes, or tags
After you’ve chosen a search method, hit the Run search button to filter your products.
c) Convert them into products
After filtering your product variations, you need to use these values to convert them into main products:
- Select the rows that you want to edit: Edit all the rows from my current search (even non-visible rows)
- What field do you want to edit: Post type
- Select type of edit: Set value
- Edit only variations
- Replace existing value with this value: product
- Hit the Execute now button.
After your variations have been converted into products, the product Type will be automatically changed to simple.
