We have a quick setting that lets you mark which attributes you don’t want to be used for variations.
Go to our Spreadsheet > Settings > Advanced settings > WC Products > Enter the attribute keywords.
The plugin will mark as used for variations all the attributes that DONT contain these keywords, enter multiple keywords separated by comma. I.e. “car, airplane” would match “Car model, Car marker, Expensive Airplane, airplanes”.
Note, this applies after editing a product in the spreadsheet cells and it will not apply to previously edited products. If you already edited your products and “used for variations” was marked incorrectly, you can run a bulk edit to fix it following this tutorial.
