Our plugin works perfectly with WPML, but there are rare instances where you edit the product and it doesn’t get updated on the other languages.
Possible Solutions
1- Make sure you are editing the original product/post and not a copy on a different language.
2- Make sure WPML Sync is active and running.
3- Make sure that WPML is syncing correctly when you edit in the regular editor.
Our plugin triggers the same sync mechanism done by WPML in the regular editor, this means that WPML does the syncing when you edit using our plugin and any syncing issues are on WPML’s side.
In short. Our sync should work exactly the same as the sync in the regular editor. If you have configured WPML incorrectly, the sync will not work in the regular editor and it won’t work in our spreadsheet editor.
