WooCommerce – Find Products with Better or Worst Reviews

Sometimes your client may want to know how his products are being evaluated or rated by the customers and ask you to give him a detailed report. But what do you do to see if your products have reviews? Do you check them one by one? How do you find all the products that have more than five reviews, for example? Do you know how to find all T-Shirts with more than ten reviews?

What about the ratings? Do you want to find your highest rated products? How do you do it?

Once you open it, you’ll see the fields that help you find products by keyword, status, author, category, attribute, tags, date, etc. However, you won’t use any of these fields.

To look for the ratings and reviews, you need to check the “Enable advanced filters” checkbox:

Find products with good or bad ratings

Probably you want to know which are the products with good reviews in your store. For this, you need to keep in mind that a good review is between four or five stars. So what you need to do is to look for products that have four or more stars.

Take these steps:

  • Write _wc_average_rating in “Field key”.
  • Make sure you have the “greater than or equal to” sign in the Operator field (>=).
  • Write 4 in the “Value” field.
  • Hit the “Run search button.
  • Done!

  • Enable the advanced filters.
  • Write _wc_average_rating in “Field key”.
  • Make sure you have the “less than or equal to” sign in the Operator field (<=).
  • Write 3 in the “Value” field.
  • Hit the “Run search button.
  • Done!
