How to Bulk Edit Stock Status on WooCommerce Products

In this tutorial, we will show you how to bulk edit stock status on WooCommerce products using the WP Sheet Editor plugin.

Managing a WooCommerce store often involves numerous products, and keeping track of their stock status can be a daunting task.

However, when it comes to bulk editing stock status, the default WooCommerce features are limited because you cannot search and bulk update products easily.

This is where the WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Products plugin comes into play. It allows you to view and manage your WooCommerce products using a spreadsheet interface on the WordPress admin dashboard.

You can skip installing the plugin if you already have it.

After installing the plugin and activating your license, you need to follow the steps below in order to bulk edit the products’ stock status.

1- Open the products spreadsheet

Once you have installed and activated the plugin, go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit products.
