WooCommerce Orders – Export Phone Numbers of Customers

Do you want to plan a telephone marketing campaign? Contact your WooCommerce customers via WhatsApp? Or maybe you just want to keep all your customers’ information at hand. For these or any other circumstances where you need to export WooCommerce customers’ phone numbers to a CSV file, you will find this tutorial useful.

Since it’s really hard to look up all your customers’ phone numbers by opening the orders one by one from WooCommerce, because you need to follow a repeated process like this:

• Open an order
• Go to the billing information
• Copy the name and number
• Paste it on Excel or Google Sheets
• Close that order
• Open another order
• Go to the billing information
• Copy the name and number
• Paste it on Excel or Google Sheets
• Close that order
• And so on…

Therefore, you’ll have a somewhat tedious time trying to obtain all phone numbers on a CSV file.

Fortunately, we can show you how to export all user phone numbers by following some steps. For this, you need to use the WooCommerce Orders Spreadsheet plugin.

It’s a great tool that allows you to do advanced searches and apply changes in bulk in just some minutes. Not only that… You can import or export info using CSV files.

Once installed, open the spreadsheet by going to Sheet Editor > Edit Orders.

Now just follow these simple steps to export all your customers’ phone numbers.

1- Open the “Export” tool

With this tool, you can quickly export thousands of orders with their complete information. You don’t necessarily need to export all your order columns, you can select specific columns, as we’ll do to export WooCommerce customers’ phone numbers.

So, open the Export tool on the top toolbar.

2- Export the phone numbers of WooCommerce customers

Now you need to select these values in order to export the customers’ phone numbers to a CSV file that you can edit with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• What columns do you want to edit: billing phone
• Which rows do you want to export?: All the rows from my current search
• What app will you use to edit this file? (optional): Select any of the options. Google Sheets, for example
• Click Start new export.

Done!
