WooCommerce Subscriptions – Bulk Increase Product Prices

When it is time to change prices, you need to set a good amount of time, as usually, you have to open and edit each item individually.

This becomes worse when you have to update only specific products, such as raising pricing for all WooCommerce subscriptions that are now active.

To resolve this in a matter of minutes, use the WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Orders plugin, which enables you to view and manage your WooCommerce subscriptions on a spreadsheet.

You can do advanced searches, bulk edit, export, and import your WooCommerce subscriptions.

In this case, we’ll search for all the active subscriptions and rise the prices for all of them.

After installing and activating the plugin, you need to open the plugin by going to Sheet Editor > Edit Subscriptions. You’ll see all your WooCommerce subscriptions displayed on the spreadsheet.

1- Search for all your active subscriptions

To find all your active subscriptions, you need to use the Search tool, which allows you to find your subscriptions by keyword, product, customer, order notes, status, etc.

Once you open the Search tool, you need to select the following values to filter all your active subscriptions:

• Tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox.
• Field: Subscription Status
• Operator: =
• Value: Active
• Hit Run Search.

Once you run the search, you’ll see all your active subscriptions displayed on the spreadsheet; the active filters will be displayed above the spreadsheet.

2- Bulk increase prices for all your active subscriptions

After filtering your active subscriptions, you can proceed to bulk increase the prices in all the active subscriptions. You just need to hover over the Bulk Edit tool, and you’ll see several options displayed. You have these two options:

• Increase product prices by percentage
• Increase product prices by number

Now you need to select the following values to increase the product prices by percentage or by number:

• Select the rows that you want to update: Edit all the rows from my current search
• Select type of edit: “Increase products by percentage” or “Increase product prices by number”
• Increase by: Enter the percentage or the number
• Click on Execute Now.

Once the bulk edit is complete, you will see the prices increased in the Line items column.

NOTE: The original WooCommerce subscription price will not be changed.
