In this tutorial, we will show you how to export GiveWP donation forms to Google Sheets. You’ll be able to save donation forms data from WordPress to a Google Sheets file.

We’ll use the WP Sheet Editor – GiveWP plugin. It allows you to view and manage your GiveWP donation forms, donor profiles, and donations using an intuitive spreadsheet inside WordPress. You can run advanced searches, bulk edit hundreds of items at once, export and import data using CSV files.

It works with all the WP Sheet Editor spreadsheets, so you can export and import any post type or taxonomy, including custom fields added by third-party plugins.
1- Connect GiveWP to Google Sheets
When you sign up to the Google Sheets Sync service, you’ll get a helper plugin that will allow you to connect your WordPress site to your Google account, the Google API, and the WP Sheet Editor API.

2- Export GiveWP donation forms to Google Sheets
Once you have connected your GiveWP spreadsheet to Google, you can proceed to export your donation forms data to Google Sheets.
Go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Donation Forms. You’ll see all your GiveWP donation forms displayed in the spreadsheet.
Now you need to open the Export tool.
Once you have opened the Export tool, you need to select these values to export your donation forms data:
- Select the columns you want to export. You can select all the active columns in the spreadsheet, all the columns (including active and inactive columns), or you can type the column names to export specific columns only.
- Select the rows you want to export. WP Sheet Editor allows you to search for donation forms using any field as a search parameter. It also allows you to select specific rows in the spreadsheet. Or you can export all the rows.
- Select the Google Sheets app.
- Add a name for this export.
- Click on Start new export.
Once the export process is completed, you’ll see the View Google Sheet link. You need to click on it to open the Google Sheet file that has been generated with this export.
3- View your GiveWP forms data in Google Sheets
As you can see in the screenshot below, we have exported our GiveWP donation forms data to Google Sheets. Every row is a donation form and every column is a field.
