Important. The Google Sheets Service only recognizes Google Sheets files that have been generated with the service. This means that, in order to import a file, you need to previously export it. 2- Open the WooCommerce Coupons Spreadsheet
There are at least two ways to open the WooCommerce coupons spreadsheet:
- You can go to Marketing > Coupons and click on the Open in a spreadsheet button
- You can go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Coupons
Once you do that, you will see all your WooCommerce coupons displayed in the spreadsheet.
3- Import your WooCommerce coupons from Google Sheets
In order to import your WooCommerce coupons data from Google Sheets into WordPress, you need to start by opening the “Import” tool with one click. It’s on the plugin’s top toolbar.
Second, you need to select the Google Sheets app as the source from which we will import the coupons data, and select the Google Sheets file containing your coupons information.
Note – If you don’t find the file you want to import, you can click on the refresh button.
Once you have selected the file, click on Next.
Third, you need to select which columns you will import into your WordPress site.
In this case, we will Import all the columns, but you could manually map specific columns and ignore any column.
Fourth, you need to select how you will import the coupons. You can create new items and update existing items, import all rows as new, only create new items, or only update existing items.
Note – If you’re updating existing items, you need to match them using a specific field. We suggest using the ID field.
Click on Next once you’ve selected these values.
Finally, you will see a preview of what the data will look like once the import is complete. If everything is OK, click on The preview is fine, start import.
After that, the import process will start and your coupons will be created or updated.
WP Sheet Editor and Google Sheets Sync service allow you to manage your WooCommerce coupons with Google Sheets. You can save a lot of time because you’ll avoid opening a lot of pages to create or update coupons.
