LearnPress – How to Export Quizzes to Excel or Google Sheets

In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to export LearnPress quizzes to Excel or Google Sheets. You will learn how to download a CSV file containing your quizzes.

We’ll use the WP Sheet Editor – Courses plugin, which allows you to bulk edit courses from the most popular WordPress LMS plugins like LearnPress, LearnDash, Tutor LMS, etc.

Now follow these steps to export your LearnPress quizzes to Excel or Google Sheets.

1- Open the quizzes spreadsheet

Go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit quizzes, and you will see all your LearnPress courses displayed on the spreadsheet. Every row is a quiz, and every column is a field.

2- Export your LearnPress quizzes to a CSV file

You need to click on Export. This tool allows you to download your content to CSV files that you can open and edit with Excel, Google Sheets, or any other CSV file.

Once you open the Export tool, select the following values to export your quizzes to a CSV file:

• What columns do you want to export: You can select all active columns, select all columns, or select specific columns to export.
• Which rows do you want to export: You can export all the rows, or all manually selected rows.
• What app will you use to edit this file: You can download the quizzes for Microsoft Excel 365, other versions of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any other CSV editor.
• Once you select these values, click on Start new export.

Finally, a CSV file containing the information of all your LearnPress quizzes will be downloaded to your computer.
