WooCommerce – How to Delete All Free Shipping Coupons at Once

In this quick tutorial, we’ll show you how to quickly delete all free shipping coupons at once.

If you try to do it with WooCommerce, you’d have to check them one by one to see which of them have the free shipping enabled and then remove them. Of course, that’ll take you lots of hours if you have thousands of coupons to check and delete.

That’s why we’ll do it using the WooCommerce Coupons Spreadsheet. This plugin displays all your coupons on a spreadsheet, where you can edit values as you do in Excel or Google Sheets. Also, you can use the Bulk Edit tool to filter the coupons and edit thousands of them.

After installing and activating it, open the spreadsheet by going to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Coupons. You’ll see them displayed on the spreadsheet with their complete information.

To delete all free shipping coupons, you need to follow these simple steps.

1- Open the Bulk Edit tool

This tool allows you to edit thousands of coupons at once without server errors because it applies changes in batches. It’s on the toolbar, so just click on it to open it.

2- Filter the free shipping coupons

Now select the I want to search rows to update option in the Select the rows that you want to update dropdown.

After that, tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox and select the following values:

• Field key: free shipping (free_shipping)
• Operator: =
• Value: Tick this checkbox.
• Click on Run search to filter the coupons.

3- Now you need to select these values to delete all the free shipping coupons

After filtering the coupons, you need to select these values to remove them all at once.

• Select the rows that you want to update: I want to search rows to update
• What field do you want to edit: Status
• Select type of edit: Set value
• Replace existing value with this value: Delete completely
• Click on Execute now to delete all the selected coupons.

Done!
