WooCommerce – How to Export Orders to Google Sheets Directly

In this tutorial, we will show you how to export WooCommerce orders to Google Sheets directly. We will connect our WordPress website to our Google account and save WooCommerce orders to Google Sheets with a few clicks.

Second, you need the Google Sheets Sync service.

Once you have set everything up, follow the steps below to export your WooCommerce orders to Google Sheets.

1- Open the WooCommerce orders spreadsheet

The first thing we need to do is to open the WooCommerce order spreadsheet.

Go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit orders.

You will see all your WooCommerce orders displayed in the spreadsheet. Every row of the spreadsheet is an order, and every column is a field.

2- Open the “Export” tool

Now you need to click on the Export tool, which will allow you to save your WooCommerce orders to Google Sheets directly.

3- Export your WooCommerce orders to Google Sheets

Once on the Export tool, you need to select these values:

  • What columns do you want to export: You can select specific columns by typing the column names. You can also Select active columns or Select all columns.
  • Which rows do you want to export: You can export all the rows, all the rows from a specific search, or all the rows you have manually selected in the spreadsheet.
  • What app will you use to edit this file: You need to select Google Sheets.
  • Name of this export: You can add a name for this export, but this is optional in this case.
  • You can tick the Export every product (line item) as separate rows checkbox, but this is optional. If you don’t check this checkbox, you will get the order details in one row.
  • Once you’re ready, click on Start new export.

4- View your WooCommerce orders on Google Sheets

When you click on the Start new export button, you will automatically create a Google Sheet in your Google account, and you can open it by clicking on the link “View Google Sheet”.

As you can see in the screenshot below, we have exported all WooCommerce orders from our WordPress site directly to Google Sheets.

And the best thing is that we don’t need to use browser extensions or run complicated scripts. Everything is done from our WordPress dashboard.
