In this tutorial, we will show you how to search for WooCommerce orders by currency.
If you have a WooCommerce store that accepts multiple currencies, you may at some point need to know which orders were paid with dollars, which were paid with euros, etc. However, WooCommerce doesn’t make it that easy for you.
That’s why we’ll use the WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Orders plugin, which allows you to view and manage your WooCommerce orders using an intuitive spreadsheet. You can search for all your orders using any field as search filter, bulk delete thousands of orders, export orders to a CSV file, and import orders into your site with a few clicks.

Just follow these simple steps to find for all orders by order currency:
Step 1. Open the WooCommerce Orders Spreadsheet
Go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Orders to open the spreadsheet. You’ll see all your WooCommerce orders displayed in the spreadsheet.
Step 2. Open the “Search” tool
The search tool allows you to filter your WooCommerce orders using any field as a search parameter. In this case, it will help you find all your orders based on the currency.
Hit Search on the plugin’s toolbar.
Step 3. Search for WooCommerce orders by currency
Once in the Search tool, select the following values to filter your orders by order currency:
- Tick the Enable Advanced Filters checkbox
- Field: Order Currency
- Operator: =
- Value: United States (US) dollar, for example. This field is a dropdown where you can select any currency to filter your orders.
- Hit Run Search.
Once your WooCommerce orders are filtered by currency, you’ll see them all displayed on the spreadsheet.
If you go to the Order Currency, you can see that the search results match the search filters.
