If your WooCommerce store accepts multiple currencies, you may need to find orders recorded in a specific currency, such as US dollars or euros. With WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Orders, you can filter orders by their Order Currency field and view the matching results in a spreadsheet.
This tutorial shows you how to select a currency and find the orders that use it. Filtering does not change an order’s currency or convert its total.
Before you filter your orders
Install and activate WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Orders on your WordPress site.

If you haven’t configured the spreadsheet yet, follow the spreadsheet setup guide.
Step 1. Open the WooCommerce orders spreadsheet
Go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Orders. The spreadsheet displays your WooCommerce orders, with each order in a row and its fields in columns.
Step 2. Open the Search tool
Click Search on the spreadsheet toolbar to choose which orders to display.
Step 3. Filter orders by currency
In the Search tool, configure the currency filter:
- Tick the Enable Advanced Filters checkbox.
- Field: Select Order Currency.
- Operator: Select =.
- Value: Choose the currency you want to find. For example, select United States (US) dollar to find orders recorded in USD.
- Click Run Search.
Step 4. Review the orders matching your currency filter
The spreadsheet will display the orders that match your selected currency. Check the Order Currency column to confirm the results.
You can also see the active search filters above the spreadsheet.
To find orders in another currency, open Search, change the currency value, and run the search again.
