WooCommerce – Search Coupons that Begin with a Word or Letter

WooCommerce coupons are great. They help us reward our customers and boost our sales. That’s why we use them so much in our online stores.

However, among so many coupons it is possible that sometimes we get confused and it takes too much to find some coupons; sometimes it is even possible that we do not remember the full name of our coupons.

But how can you find your coupons quickly if you don’t even remember their complete title? Well, we want to invite you to make a little effort and remember the first letter or the first word at least. Then we’ll show you how to search for all coupons that begin with a specific word or letter in seconds.

You just need to follow these simple steps.

1- Install the “WooCommerce Coupons Spreadsheet” plugin

Managing your coupons couldn’t be easier. You can manage thousands of coupons in minutes with the spreadsheet shown in this post. This plugin contains an advanced search tool and a bulk edit tool.

After installing and activating it, you can open the plugin by going to Sheet Editor > Edit Coupons.

2- Open the “Search” tool to filter your coupons

Forget about having to spend long hours trying to find your coupons. With the Search tool you can apply advanced search terms to filter your coupons in seconds. Open it by clicking on Search on the plugin’s toolbar.

3- Filter all your coupons by the initial word or letter

Finding all the coupons by their initial letter or word is really simple. You just need to click the Enable advanced filters checkbox and then select these values.

• Field key: Title (post_title)
• Operator: STARTS WITH
• Value: Enter the initial letter or word

Now just click on Run search to filter your coupons.

4- See your search results on the spreadsheet

After applying these search terms, you’ll see how the plugin displays all the filtered coupons on the spreadsheet.
