Once you open the Search tool, you need to use the following values to find all the WooCommerce orders created via checkout:
- Tick the Enable advanced filters and select the following values:
- Field: Created Via
- Operator: =
- Value: Here you’ll see a dropdown field, where you need to select “checkout”.
- Hit Run search to filter the orders.
Once your orders created via checkout are filtered, you’ll see them displayed on the spreadsheet. You can see the active filters right above the spreadsheet. You can go to the Created Via column, and you’ll see the results match the search terms.
2- Search for orders created via
If you want to find all the WooCommerce orders created via the WooCommerce REST API, you can do it easily by just changing one value in the Search tool:
- Tick the Enable advanced filters
- Field: Created Via
- Operator: =

- Hit Run search to filter the orders.
Once you hit the Run search button, you’ll see all the orders created via the WooCommerce API displayed on the spreadsheet.
