How to Bulk Delete WooCommerce Products

In this tutorial, we will show you how to delete WooCommerce products in bulk. We’ll do it using an intuitive spreadsheet inside WordPress.

You don’t have to export or import anything, nor do you have to worry about server errors when deleting hundreds or thousands of WooCommerce products.

Normally, you don’t have many search options when it comes to deleting WooCommerce products from your store. It is also possible that your server will crash because it will try to delete all products at once.

Fortunately, WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Products allows you to do advanced product searches and massively edit all search results. And the best thing is that you won’t get server errors, because we bulk remove products in batches.

You need to follow the steps below to delete hundreds of WooCommerce products at once from your store.

1- Open the WooCommerce Products spreadsheet

After installing and activating WP Sheet Editor on your site, go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Products to open the products spreadsheet.

You’ll see all your WooCommerce products as rows and all their fields as columns.

2- Filter the products you’ll bulk delete

Note. If you want to bulk delete all your WooCommerce products, skip this step.

You can filter your WooCommerce products using the advanced Search tool.

It allows you to use any field of your products as a search parameter, so you can filter products by category, keyword, tag, price, stock status, stock, sale price, status, etc.

In this example, we’ll do an advanced search, because we’ll find products by keyword, category, and stock status, all at once. However, you can use the filters individually.

  • Contains keyword: We’ll find all the products with the “Tshirt” keyword in the title.
  • Enter Product Type, Visibility, Category, etc: Here we’ll add the “Women” category.
  • Tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox and enter the following fields:
    • Field: Stock status
    • Operator: =
    • Value: Out of stock
  • Click on Run search to filter your products.
