Perfect Brands for WooCommerce allows you to add a brand taxonomy to your WooCommerce store, and it’s a good way to classify your products and make it easy for your customers to find the perfect product for them.
However, while it is possible to edit WooCommerce brand taxonomies individually, it can be a complex and time-consuming process, particularly if you require advanced customization or need to manage a large number of brands.
That’s why, in this tutorial, we’ll show you how to bulk edit taxonomies added by the Perfect Brands for WooCommerce plugin, using a spreadsheet inside WordPress. Besides, we’ll show you how to merge Perfect Brands for WooCommerce, and how to export and import using CSV files.
We’ll do this using the WP Sheet Editor – Taxonomy Terms Pro plugin, which allows you to manage categories, tags, attributes and other custom taxonomies in a spreadsheet.

How to merge duplicate Perfect Brands for WooCommerce
Sometimes, when we’re just playing with our site or testing things, we end up with duplicate taxonomies. Also, it’s possible to end up with duplicate brands when we import WooCommerce products.
As you can see in the screenshot below, we have three brands with the same name and hierarchy, so we need to merge them.
If you do this the normal way, you have to manually remove the duplicate terms and then assign the products to the remaining brands.
Fortunately, the Merge Terms tool allows us to remove all the terms with the same title and hierarchy.
And the best part is that all the products that belong to the removed brands will be automatically assigned to the remaining brand.
Just open the Merge Terms tool and select Merge all the duplicates with same name and hierarchy in the Replace these terms dropdown, and click on Execute.
