WooCommerce – How to Bulk Edit Price Based on Country

Let’s say you have two pricing zones configured with Price Based on Country for WooCommerce. One for Central America and one for North America. Your supplier raises costs, so you need to update the regular price for 500+ products in the Central America zone. Doing this manually would mean opening each product, scrolling to the country price fields, typing the new value, and saving. Over and over again.

In a previous guide, we showed you how to quickly import and export country prices. Now, let’s take the next step and learn how to bulk edit WooCommerce prices based on country. We will do it directly inside a spreadsheet, so no product-by-product editing is required.

Using the WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Products plugin, you can search your catalog by any country pricing field (regular price, price method, sale price, or sale date) and apply bulk updates to hundreds of products.

What You Need to Bulk Edit Country-Based Prices

1. Open the WooCommerce Products Spreadsheet

This is the starting point. The spreadsheet shows every product as a row and every field, including your country pricing zone fields, as a column. This gives you a complete view of your catalog in one place.

Go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Products and you’ll see the spreadsheet containing all your WooCommerce products with their complete information.

If you scroll to the right in the spreadsheet, you’ll see the fields added by the Price Based on Country for WooCommerce plugin in a dedicated set of columns for each pricing zone you have created.

These are the fields that the spreadsheet shows for every pricing zone:

2. Select the Products You Want to Edit (Using Country Price Fields as Filters)

The Search tool lets you use any country-pricing field as a filter, so you can isolate exactly the products that need updating. By regular price, price method, sale price, or sale date.

Click Search on the toolbar to open the tool.

Option A: Search for Products by Country Regular Price

Let’s use the Central America pricing zone as an example. We’ll find all products whose Central America regular price is equal to or greater than $150.

• Tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox.
• Field: Central America Regular Price
• Operator: >=
• Value: 150
• Click Run Search.

Now you’ll see only the products whose Central America regular price meets that condition.

Option B: Search for Products by Country Price Method

In this example, we’ll find all products using the Manual price method for the Central America pricing zone.

• Tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox.
• Field: Central America Price Method
• Operator: =
• Value: Manual
• Click Run Search.

After applying these search filters, you’ll see all the products with the manual price method enabled.

Option C: Search for Products by Country Sale Price Date

Let’s find all products whose Central America sale price starts on May 1st, 2020.

• Tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox.
• Field: Central America Sale Price Dates From
• Operator: =
• Value: 05/01/2020
• Click Run Search.

After applying these search filters, you’ll see all the products whose sale price for Central America starts on that date.

3. Open the Bulk Edit Tool to Edit Country Prices

Once your target products are filtered, the Bulk Edit tool lets you update country pricing fields like price method, sale price, or sale dates across all selected products at once.

Whatever search option you used, click Bulk Edit on the toolbar to open the tool and proceed to update the selected products.

4. Bulk Edit Country Prices (3 Essential Methods)

Below are three common changes you can apply to country pricing fields across all your filtered products.

Method A: Bulk Edit Country Price Method

Switch the pricing method between exchange_rate and manual for all selected products at once.

• Select the rows that you want to update: Edit all the rows from my current search
• What field do you want to edit: Central America Price Method
• Select type of edit: Set value
• Replace existing value with this value: Enter exchange_rate or manual
• Select Edit only parent products.
• Click Execute Now

Method B: Bulk Edit Country Sale Price

Set a new sale price for a specific pricing zone across all filtered products. In this example, we’ll set the North America Sale Price to $200.

• Select the rows that you want to update: Edit all the rows from my current search
• What field do you want to edit: North America Sale Price
• Select type of edit: Set value
• Replace existing value with this value: 200
• Select Edit only parent products.
• Click Execute Now

Method C: Bulk Edit Country Sale Price Start Date

Schedule the start date of a country sale price across all selected products. In this example, we’ll set the North America Sale Price Dates From to June 15, 2026.

• Select the rows that you want to update: Edit all the rows from my current search
• What field do you want to edit: Central America Sale Price Dates From
• Select type of edit: Set value
• Replace existing value with this value: 06/15/2026
• Select Edit only parent products.
• Click Execute Now
