WooCommerce – Delete All Cancelled Orders

In this article, you’ll learn how to delete all canceled orders in just some minutes. You know. These orders are just taking some important space in our server and can cause it to overload and get stuck.

If you have thousands of canceled orders, you can’t delete them all with WooCommerce because first, you can’t select them all. Second, the server will try to delete them all at once, and maybe it’s going to have problems. You may get server errors.

Therefore, you need a better option. And that’s why we want to show you how to delete all your canceled orders in just some minutes. You can select and delete them all at once, and your server won’t have any problems because it will apply the changes in batches.

For this, you need to use the WooCommerce Orders Spreadsheet plugin. It displays all your orders on a spreadsheet where you can edit freely. Besides, you can do advanced searches and apply massive changes in seconds.

Once installed and activated, open the spreadsheet by going to Sheet Editor > Edit Orders.
