If you try to do it manually in WooCommerce, you can have some problems with your server because the plugin will try to delete them all at once. Also, you can spend lots of hours depending on the number of orders you have to delete.
That’s why we want to show you how to do it quickly using the WooCommerce Orders Spreadsheet. This plugin displays all your orders on a spreadsheet and allows you to apply bulk changes and do advanced searches in seconds.
Of course, you can save a lot of time because the Bulk Edit tool will allow you to delete all orders in seconds. And you can forget about server problems because the plugin applies changes in batches, so it’s perfect for small servers.

Once installed and activated, you can open the orders spreadsheet by going to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Orders. You’ll see all orders with their detailed information displayed on the spreadsheet.
Option 1: Completely delete all WooCommerce orders automatically
To automatically remove all the WooCommerce orders completely from your website, you need to hover over the Bulk Edit tool and click Delete.
Once you open the automatic deletion option, click Execute Now.
With this option, you don’t need to apply the values manually, but take into account that the orders will be removed completely from your site and database.
Option 2: Remove all WooCommerce orders or move them to the trash
You can use the Bulk Edit tool to move the orders to the trash or also delete them completely from your database. This tool simplifies your life because it allows you to edit thousands of orders in seconds. You can open it with one click on the toolbar.
Now you need to select the following values to remove all the orders or move them to the trash:
- Select the rows that you want to update: Edit all the rows from my current search (even non-visible rows)
- What field do you want to edit: Status
- Select type of edit: Set value
- Replace existing value with this value: Here you can select “Delete completely” or “Trash”
- Click on Execute now to delete all orders.
