WooCommerce – How to Find Best Selling Products

Ready to find out what are the best-selling products from your WooCommerce store?

There are times when you need to know what are the best-selling products from your WooCommerce store so that you can buy more of those products.

Or maybe you want to sort your best-selling products by category, attribute, keyword, or other parameters.

For these cases, in this article, we’ll show you how easy it is to find your best-selling products with WP Sheet Editor.

Install WP Sheet Editor

This provides a Products Spreadsheet where you can see all the product information and edit freely.

You can skip this step if you already have the plugin installed and activated.

Once you have installed and activated the plugin, you can open the products’ spreadsheet, where you’ll find a spreadsheet that shows you all your products and their detailed info.

Open the Search tool

This tool helps you filter your products by any parameter, or even combine them for more specific results.

To open it, you need to click on Search on the plugin’s toolbar.

1. Find all best-selling products

In the Search tool, you need to set these values to search for all best-selling products.

• Tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox
  • Field key: Total Sales
  • Operator: >
  • Value: 50, for example
• Click on Run search.

2. Filter the most sold products by keyword

You need to set these values in the Search tool to look for all best-selling products containing a keyword.

• Contains keyword: Enter the keyword you wish to filter all products containing it.
• Tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox
  • Field key: Total Sales
  • Operator: >
  • Value: 50, for example
• Click on Run search.

3. Search for the best-selling products by taxonomy

Now let’s find all best-selling products containing a category, attribute, or tag.

In the Search tool, you need to set these values:

• Enter Tags: Enter categories, attributes, or tags, This same field works for the three of them.
• Tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox
  • Field key: Total Sales
  • Operator: >
  • Value: 50, for example
• Click on Run search.

4. Find top-selling downloadable products

In this case, we’ll help you find all the best-selling downloadable products.

In the Search tool, you need to set these values to search for all best-selling products containing a keyword.

• Tick the Enable advanced filters
  • Field key: Total Sales
  • Operator: >
  • Value: 50, for example
• Click on Add new to add a new advanced filter.
  • Field key: Downloadable
  • Operator: =
  • Value: Tick this checkbox
• Click on Run search

5. Search for best-selling products by price

If you need to see the top-selling products of the same price, you need to enter the values shown below:

• Tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox
  • Field key: Total Sales
  • Operator: >
  • Value: 50, for example
• Click on Add new to add a new advanced filter.
  • Field key: Price
  • Operator: =
  • Value: 19.99 for example
• Click on Run search

6. Find the most sold products by date

Now we are going to show you how the values you need to enter in the Search tool in order to find the best-selling products uploaded in a specific date range:

• Tick the Enable advanced filters
  • Field key: Total Sales
  • Operator: >
  • Value: 50, for example
• Now enter the date range
• And hit Run search.

7. Filter variable products with best sells

Now let’s find the variable products that have registered the most sales by entering the following values in the Search tool:

• Check the Search on variations box.
• Tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox
  • Field key: Total Sales
  • Operator: >
  • Value: 50, for example
• Click on Run search.
