Inside the tool, configure the following settings:

• Select the rows to update: Edit all the rows from my current search.
• What field do you want to update: Stock.
• Select type of edit: Set value (or “Increase by number”).
• Value: Enter your new stock amount.
• Select Edit only parent products or Edit only variations.
• Click Execute now.

4. Import Updated Stock Levels from a CSV File

After the import tool is open, select the source and the file you want to import.

For this example, we’re uploading a File from my computer, so click Choose File and locate the CSV.

Next, click on Next.

Select the columns to import.

You can either import all the columns or Select individual columns to import.

Select the import option that better fits your needs.

Select the columns that will help the plugin to map the information.

Finally, you have to check that the new information is being imported correctly and The preview is fine, start import.

Once the import is finished, you can check that the information was correctly updated by going to the “Stock” column.
