Duplicate posts or pages can be a real problem. First, they take space that we could use for something more important. Second, they make our server slow because it has to load more things than we actually need. Third, we sometimes have problems with discerning which of these duplicate posts or pages are the ones with good contend.
Now, if those problems are caused by them, it’s better to delete them. And we want to show you a really simple method to delete all your duplicate posts or pages in seconds.

After installing and activating the plugin, you need to open the spreadsheet you’ll use.
- Posts: Go to Sheet Editor > Edit Posts
- Pages: Go to Sheet Editor > Edit Pages
Once you do that, you’ll see a spreadsheet like this containing your posts or pages complete information.
1- Open the Bulk Edit tool
The first step you need to take in order to delete all your duplicate posts or pages is to open the Bulk Edit tool. It’s located on the plugin’s toolbar, so just click on it.
2- Filter your posts or pages (OPTIONAL)
If you don’t want to delete all duplicate posts or pages, you can filter them. For this you need to select the I want to search rows to update option in the Select the rows that you want to update dropdown.
Now you need to select the search method you’ll use.
- Contains keyword: To search for all posts containing a specific keyword in their titles.
- Status: Published, Draft, etc.
- Enter Categories, Tags or Formats: Enter any of these three search parameters.
Once you’ve decided how you’ll look for your posts or pages, just click the Run search button, which will filter them.
3- Delete duplicates from the products filtered
This is the last step. You just need to select these values in the Bulk Edit tool:
- Select the rows that you want to update: I want to search rows to update
- What field do you want to edit: Title
- Select type of edit: Remove duplicates
- Click on Execute now.
