When you install and activate WP Sheet Editor – Post Types, it automatically creates spreadsheets for posts, pages, and WooCommerce products. If you need a spreadsheet for a custom post type, you can set one up easily by following this guide.
For this tutorial, we’ll use the posts spreadsheet as an example.
Bulk Edit AIOSEO Fields in the Spreadsheet
You can edit AIOSEO fields directly in the spreadsheet, just like you would in Excel or Google Sheets.
1- Edit SEO Titles, Descriptions, and Keywords
Navigate to the AIO: Title, AIO: Meta Description, or AIO: Focus Keyphrase columns and update the cells as needed. When finished, click Save to apply changes.
This method lets you optimize multiple posts at once without opening each one individually.
2- Update Social Media Images
To update Facebook or Twitter images, locate any of these columns in the spreadsheet:
- AIO: Facebook Custom Image URL
- AIO: Facebook Image URL
- AIO: Twitter Image URL
- AIO: Twitter Image URL 2
You can use the Upload button in each cell or double-click to paste an image URL.
3- Toggle Indexation Status
To enable or disable indexation for specific posts, go to the AIO: Robots – No Index column and tick/untick the checkbox:
- Checkbox marked (Yes) = No Index enabled (search engines won’t crawl or index).
- Checkbox unmarked (No) = Indexation enabled (search engines will crawl and index).
Once you’re done editing SEO data in the spreadsheet, make sure to click Save to apply changes.
