Let’s see some examples of bulk editing custom checkout fields in the spreadsheet:
a) Edit data fields in the spreadsheet
You can edit any data field added with the Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce plugin.
You just need to go to the cell you want to modify and select the date.
The cell will display a calendar where you can select the dates.

Just go to the column and cell you want to edit, and you can tick or disable the checkbox.
c) Edit dropdown select fields in the spreadsheet
Dropdown selector fields will display the options for you to select one option.
For example, we have added a single selection dropdown field, and we can edit it in the spreadsheet by selected one of the listed options.
d) Edit number / text select fields in the spreadsheet
You can also edit number fields and/or text fields using the spreadsheet.
You just have to enter the numbers or add the texts.
For instance, we have added a number field called “age”, a text field called “custom message”, and a URL field called “website”.
We can modify the values in any of these fields just as we would do it in Excel or Google Sheets.
Just go to the cells you want to edit and make the changes.
These are just some examples, but as we have mentioned above, you can edit any custom checkout field type in the spreadsheet.
Once you’re done applying all the changes you want to make, you need to click on Save to apply the changes.
This is great because you don’t have to open and edit your WooCommerce orders one by one. You can edit thousands of orders in one place and save changes just once.
