Method 1: Generate Keywords Directly in the Spreadsheet Cells
If you prefer to review your catalog and generate keywords for specific products one at a time, you can use the inline AI shortcut in the spreadsheet.
Go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Products to open your WooCommerce products in the spreadsheet.

Filter products missing SEO keywords
To avoid overwriting keywords you’ve already researched manually, use the Search tool on the toolbar.
Once you’re there, select these values:
- Check the Enable advanced filters box.
- Field: Select your specific keyword column (e.g.,
SEO keyword). - Operator: Choose = (equals)
- Value: Leave the value field completely blank.
- Click Run Search.
The spreadsheet will refresh, displaying only the products that currently have no SEO keywords assigned.
Generate SEO keywords in bulk
Now, click the Bulk Edit button in the toolbar.
Configure the bulk generation with these values to generate SEO keywords:
- Select the rows that you want to update: Choose “Edit all the rows from my current search”.
- What field do you want to edit: Select your target keyword field. In this case, we will select SEO Keyword.
- Select the type of edit: Choose AI command: SEO Keyword.
- AI Provider: Choose your preferred AI model. In this case, we will use GPT-4o mini through OpenRouter.
- Select Edit only parent products.
- Click Execute Now.

Once your products have target keywords assigned, you can feed them straight into the title and description prompts below using the $SEO keyword$ placeholder. Here are two prompts you can use to easily generate SEO titles and descriptions for your WooCommerce products.

Open the WooCommerce Products Spreadsheet
Now that you’ve saved your global prompts to generate SEO titles and SEO descriptions for your WooCommerce products, you need to open the products’ spreadsheet.

If you don’t want to generate SEO titles in spreadsheet cells, you can do it using the Bulk Edit tool.
In this example, we will generate SEO titles for all products missing SEO title, so we need to use the Search tool to filter the products.
Once we’re on the Search tool, we need to select these values:
- Tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox.
- Field: SEO Title
- Operator: =
- Value: Leave this field empty.
- Click on Run search.
Now all the products missing SEO title will be displayed on the spreadsheet.
Next, we need to open the Bulk Edit tool, which normally allows us to edit any field on hundreds of products, and will now allow us to bulk generate SEO titles for our WooCommerce products using AI.
Once on the Bulk Edit tool, we need to select these values to generate SEO titles in bulk:
- Select the rows that you want to update: Edit all the rows from my current search
- What field do you want to edit: SEO Title
- Select type of edit: Here you have two options:
