After installing and activating the plugin, open the spreadsheet by going to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Comments.

Now just follow these three simple steps.

Step 1. Open the Bulk Edit tool

This tool simplifies your life by allowing you to edit thousands of comments at once. You just need some seconds and a few clicks.

Open it with one click on Bulk Edit on the toolbar.

Step 2. Filter all the EDD reviews

You need to filter all the Easy Digital Downloads reviews because the spreadsheet will show you all types of comments.

Therefore, you need to open the search tool by choosing the I want to search rows to update option in the Select the rows that you want to update dropdown.

Now, select these options to find all EDD reviews:

• Post type: download
• Comment type: review
• Click on Run search

Step 3. Delete all the EDD reviews at once

After filtering all the download reviews, you need to select these options to delete them all at once:

• Select the rows that you want to update: I want to search rows to update
• What field do you want to edit: Status
• Select type of edit: Set value
• Replace existing value with this value: Delete completely
• Click on Execute now.
