In this post, we will show you how to easily bulk edit and import the Remove Add to Cart WooCommerce “Inquire Us” link and text. We’ll export all our products’ information to a CSV file, edit it offline, and then import it back into WooCommerce with just a few clicks.
If you are running a wholesale store or a WooCommerce catalog mode website, replacing the standard purchase button with an inquiry button is essential. This workflow is great because you can assign the bulk editing task to a team member who doesn’t necessarily know how to use the WordPress backend. They only need to know how to edit an Excel document, and then you can bulk import the “Inquire Us” links and text in a matter of minutes.
We’ll achieve this using the WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Products plugin.
Why Use a Spreadsheet to Bulk Edit WooCommerce Products?
Use an intuitive spreadsheet directly inside WordPress to speed up your store management:
- View and edit all WooCommerce products on a single screen.
- Bulk edit hundreds of products at once.
- Search for products by keyword, category, tag, attribute, price, date, etc.
- Import products from Excel, Google Sheets, or CSV.
- Download all your products to a CSV file for offline editing.
- And a lot of other advanced features!

Text Guide: Export and Import Inquire Us Links
Once the WP Sheet Editor plugin is installed and activated, follow these simple steps to export and import your inquiry links and custom texts.
Step 1: Open the WooCommerce Products Spreadsheet
Go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Products.
The spreadsheet will display all your products and their complete information. Each row represents a product, and each column represents a field. You can edit values in any cell just as you do in Excel or Google Sheets, but you can also export the products to apply bulk changes and then import them back to WooCommerce.
If you scroll to the right side of the spreadsheet, you’ll see the custom fields generated by the Remove Add to Cart WooCommerce plugin displayed as editable columns.

Step 2: Export the “Inquire Us” Links and Texts to a CSV File
The Export tool allows you to download all your products’ information to a CSV file so you can edit it with Excel, Google Sheets, or any other CSV file editor.
However, we won’t export the complete product information because we only want to focus on the inquiry buttons in this tutorial. Instead, we’ll export the products’ ID, Names, and the specific fields generated by the Remove Add to Cart WooCommerce plugin.
a) Click the Export tool on the top toolbar.

b) Select these options in the export popup to download the CSV to your computer:
- What columns do you want to export: Select the following specific columns: ID, Name, Wpiudacb Disable Add to Cart, Wpiudacb Inquire Us Link, Wpiudacb Hide Price, Wpiudacb Inquire Us Text.
- I understand it will export all the rows from my current search: Tick this checkbox.
- What app will you use to edit this file? (optional): Select any of the available options (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
- Name of this export (optional): Save this export setup for future sessions if you need to do this regularly.
- Click Start New Export to download the CSV file.

Step 3: Bulk Edit the CSV File in Excel or Google Sheets
This is how the exported products will look once you open the CSV file with Excel, Google Sheets, or your preferred CSV editor.
Here, you can easily use drag-and-fill or copy-paste features to bulk edit the inquire links, custom button texts, and other fields created by the Remove Add to Cart WooCommerce plugin.

Once you finish editing the products and organizing your catalog links, save the changes to your CSV file. You’ll now be ready to import the updates back to WooCommerce.
Step 4: Import the “Inquire Us” Links and Texts Back to WooCommerce
After editing the CSV in Excel or any other CSV editor, you can push the changes live to WooCommerce with just a few clicks. Just follow these simple steps:
a) Click the Import tool on the top toolbar of the WP Sheet Editor.

b) Select the CSV file you’ll upload:
- Source: CSV file from my computer
- CSV file: Click Choose File and select the edited file from your computer.
- Click Next to continue.

c) Click Import all the columns.

d) Configure the import matching settings:
- Do you want to update or create items: Select “Update existing items, ignore new items” to ensure you are modifying current products.
- CSV Field: record_id
- WordPress Field: ID
- Click Next to continue.

e) Complete the import process:
Finally, you’ll see a preview of how the information will look once you import it. Review it carefully.
- Click The preview is fine, start import.

Once all the information has been imported to WooCommerce, you’ll see the spreadsheet updated in real-time. Here’s the new inquiry link and text info we just imported into the database.

You don’t have to worry about opening and editing hundreds of products individually to set up your catalog mode. You can easily export and bulk import the Remove Add to Cart WooCommerce custom fields in just some simple steps.
Our WP Sheet Editor plugin simplifies the management of your WooCommerce store completely, helping you save hours of tedious manual data entry.
