In a previous post, we showed you how to enable the Hide Price option for all products containing a specific category, attribute, tag. In this post, we show you how to bulk enable and edit the inquire Us feature, the link and the button text.
We’ll filter products by keyword, category, attribute, or tag, and then edit all the search results. This way, you can edit hundreds of products at once!
To create the Inquire Us option, we need the Remove Add to Cart WooCommerce plugin. It allows you to hide prices and have customers ask for more information about the product prices.
To edit the remove cart button fields in bulk, we need the WooCommerce Products Spreadsheet plugin.

Once installed and activated, follow these simple steps to bulk enable and edit the Inquire Us option.
1- Open the products spreadsheet
Go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Products.
This spreadsheet contains all the WooCommerce products. You can edit them as if you were in Excel or Google Sheets. Each row is a product and each column is a field.
If you scroll to the right in the spreadsheet, you’ll see the fields created by the Remove Add to Cart Button WooCommerce plugin.
Important: Once you find the fields created by the Remove Add to Cart Button WooCommerce plugin in the spreadsheet, you can proceed to enable and edit this Inquire Us feature individually directly in the spreadsheet.
To do this, simply click on each cell and tick the checkbox to activate the inquire Us function, or edit the text cells directly as if you were working in Excel or Google Sheets.
Finally, save the changes when you’re done.
2- Search for the products you’ll edit
The Search tool allows you to filter your WooCommerce products by keyword, category, attribute, tag, shipping class, etc. You can filter them, display the search results in the spreadsheet, and bulk edit all of them at once.
Open Search with one click.
Once you open the Search tool, you’ll see these search filters:
- Contains Keyword: Here you can enter any keyword and the plugin will find all products containing it in their titles.
- Enter Tags: This field works with any category, attribute, tag, or shipping class. Just enter any of these parameters and the plugin will filter all the products containing it.
- Search on variations: If you enable this checkbox, the plugin will filter product variations only, so you won’t edit main products but variations only.
- Run search: Once you’ve entered the search terms (keyword, category, attribute, etc.), click this button to filter all products and display them in the spreadsheet.
In this example, we’ll search for all the products containing the “Jeans” keyword in their titles, so we need to enter that word in Contains Keyword and click Run search.
After applying these search parameters, all the products will be displayed in the spreadsheet.
3- Bulk edit the Inquire Us option for all the filtered products
Once you filter the products, click Bulk Edit to open the tool that will help you bulk edit the search results.
In the following drop-down sections, we show you how to enable the Inquire US option and how to edit the Inquire Us button text and link for all the filtered products.
a) How to bulk enable the Inquire Us option
Use these values to bulk activate the Inquire Us option for all the selected products.
- Select the rows that you want to update: Edit all the rows from my current search.
- What field do you want to edit: Wpiudacb Disable Add to Cart
- Select type of edit: Set value
- Replace existing value with this value: inquire_us
- Click Execute Now.
b) How to bulk edit the Inquire Us link
Use these values to bulk change the Inquire Us link for all the selected products.
- Select the rows that you want to update: Edit all the rows from my current search.
- What field do you want to edit: Wpiudacb Inquire Us Link
- Select type of edit: Set value
- Replace existing value with this value: Enter the new Inquire Us Link in this field.
- Click Execute Now.
c) How to bulk Edit the Inquire Us button text
Use these values to bulk modify the Inquire Us text for all the selected products.
- Select the rows that you want to update: Edit all the rows from my current search.
- What field do you want to edit: Wpiudacb Inquire Us Text
- Select type of edit: Set value
- Replace existing value with this value: Enter the button text here.
- Click Execute Now.
d) How to enable the Hide Price option for all the selected products
