WooCommerce – Export Customer Reviews to a CSV File

Let’s learn how to export WooCommerce customer reviews to Excel or Google Sheets.

If you’re migrating from WooCommerce to Shopify or BigCommerce and want to also migrate all the customer reviews, you’re in the right place.

This tutorial explains how to quickly export all your Woocommerce customer reviews with the Comments and Reviews Spreadsheet plugin.

It displays all your posts and product comments on a spreadsheet where you can edit values as in Excel or Google Sheets.

Besides, you can import comments and reviews using a CSV (Comma Separated Value) file.

And you can download all your comments and reviews to a CSV file to edit it with Excel or Google Sheets.

Once installed and activated, you can open the comments spreadsheet by going to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Comments.

Now you just need to follow these simple steps:

Step 1. Filter the product reviews

For this, you need to open the Search tool with one click on the toolbar.

Next, you need to select Review in Comment type and click on Search.

After that, all the reviews will be displayed on the spreadsheet.

You’ll see the filters you have applied below the toolbar.

Step 2. Export the reviews to a CSV file

After filtering all the reviews, open the Export tool with one click on the top toolbar.

Now select these options:

• Click Select all to export all columns
• Which rows do you want to export?: Select all rows from my current search
• What app will you use to edit this file? (optional): Select any of the options. Google Sheets, for example
• Name of this export (optional): You can enter a name for this export and use it for future exports
• Click Start new export

Easy!

After these really simple steps, the CSV file will be downloaded to your computer.

You can edit it, import it to Shopify or BigCommerce, etc.
