In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to increase product prices in pending WooCommerce orders. This is really useful when you want to apply a price increase before the order is dispatched.
To do that, you need to first filter the pending orders and then rise the prices to all of them. And here we’ll show you how to massively increase prices by number or by percentage.
You also need to install and activate the WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Orders plugin. It allows you to view and manage your WooCommerce Orders in a spreadsheet. This spreadsheet contains advanced search filters and allows you to bulk edit orders. You can also export and import your WooCommerce orders using CSV files.

After installing the WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Orders plugin, you need to set up the orders’ spreadsheet. Go to Sheet Editor > Edit Orders.
Once there, you’ll see all your WooCommerce orders displayed on the spreadsheet. Every row is an order and every column is a field.
1- How to Search for WooCommerce Pending Orders
WP Sheet Editor allows you to search for all orders using different search filters. In this case, we’ll find all WooCommerce pending orders because we want to rise the product prices to all of them.
Open the Search tool on the plugin’s toolbar.
Now you need to select the following values in the Search tool to filter all your pending orders on the spreadsheet:
- Tick the Enable advanced filters checkbox
- Field: Status
- Operator: =
- Value: Pending payment
- Click on Run search.
Now you’ll see all your pending payment orders displayed on the spreadsheet, and you can see the active filters above the spreadsheet.
2- Bulk increase product prices in WooCommerce pending orders
Once you have filtered all your WooCommerce orders with the “pending payment” status, you can proceed to bulk increase the product prices for all of them.
WP Sheet Editor allows you to increase product prices by percentage or number.
You just need to hover with the mouse over the Bulk Edit tool. It will show several one-click bulk changes.
In this case, you can select any of these options:
- Increase product prices by percentage
- Increase product prices by number
Whatever option you select, you will need to enter the number or percentage to rise in all the products included in the selected orders.
- Select the rows that you want to update: Edit all the rows from my current search
- Select type of edit: “Increase products by percentage” or “Increase product prices by number”
- Increase by: Enter the percentage or the number
- Click on Execute Now.
This is how you can increase product prices in all WooCommerce pending orders at once. You just need to filter all the pending orders and bulk edit the prices using the Bulk Edit tool.
