In this tutorial, we will show you how to export your WooCommerce products to Google Sheets automatically. This means that, instead of exporting your products immediately, you can schedule the export to run at a later date and time.
You will not have to be logged into your WordPress site at the time the export is run because this export will run in the background.
You will receive an email notifying you that the export has been successfully completed, and that email will contain a link for you to open the Google Sheet that has been generated with the export.
What you need to do automatic exports to Google Sheets
First, you need the WP Sheet Editor – WooCommerce Products plugin. You can view and manage all your WooCommerce products and variations using an intuitive spreadsheet on WordPress. You can do advanced searches, bulk edits, exports and imports with a few clicks.

Second, you need the Google Sheets Sync service provided by wpsheeteditor.com. You can export and import products between your WordPress site and your Google Sheets account. With this service, you create a direct connection between your WordPress site and your Google Sheets account, so you don’t need to use browser extension nor run tedious scripts.

To schedule an automatic export to Google Sheets, follow the steps below:
1- Open the WooCommerce Products Spreadsheet
Go to WP Sheet Editor > Edit Products to open the products spreadsheet. You’ll see all your WooCommerce products’ data displayed on the spreadsheet:
2- Connect your WordPress site to your Google Sheets account

It will show you how to connect your WordPress site to your Google Sheets account and to the WP Sheet Editor API.
3- Search for the products you want to export
If you want to export all your WooCommerce products, you can skip this section.
If you want to find specific products to export them to Google Sheets, you can use the Search tool, or you can manually select all the products you want to export.
a) Search for the products
You can open the Search tool, which enables you to use any field of your WooCommerce products as a search filter.
In this example, we want to export all the products in the Premium T-shirts Category.
These products must have a Regular Price that is equal to or higher than $100.
After runing the search, you will see all the products that match the search filters displayed on the spreadsheet.
b) Select the products manually
You can manually select specific products to export by using the Checkbox picker that is on the left side of the spreadsheet.
Once you have selected the WooCommerce products you want to export, you can go on to the next step.
4- Schedule your products to export to Google Sheets automatically
To schedule automatic exports of WooCommerce products to Google Sheets, you need to start by opening the Export tool.
Now you need to select these values to schedule an automatic one-time export from WooCommerce to Google Sheets:
- What columns do you want to export: You have three options here:
- Type column names to select specific columns
- Select all the active columns
- Select all columns (including visible and hidden columns).
- Which rows do you want to export: You have two options here:
- All the rows from my current search: Select this option if you have run a search or if you want to export all your products without having run a specific search.
- Rows that I have selected manually with the checkbox: Select this option if you have manually selected the products you want to export.
- What app will you use to edit this file: Google Sheets
- Name of this export: You need to add a name for this scheduled automatic export to Google Sheets.
- Tick the Run this in the future checkbox.
- Select the date and time: Use the date and time selector to choose the date and time when you want this automatic export to run.
- Notify this email address when the process finishes: You can enter your email address here, and you’ll get an email notifying you that the export has finished.
- Select the Run once option.
- Once you’re ready, click on Start new export.
Once your automatic export to Google Sheets has been scheduled, you can click on View scheduled exports to see the scheduled tasks.
5- Open your new Google Sheet containing you WooCommerce products
When the selected date and time is reached, the automatic export to Google Sheets will be executed, and you will receive an email notifying you that the process has been completed.
The email will contain the details of your export and the link to open the new generated Google Sheet.
